Essential Oil Recipes

I learned the healing properties of plants at an early age. Although I don’t visit the forest and flower garden the way my ancestors did, I do enjoy a very similar experience with a toxin free lifestyle with essential oils.

Wonderful Woman rollerball

I created this mix to help with anxiety, stress, menopause, insomnia, high blood pressure and hair strengthener. Every morning I roll on my chest in the shape of a “W”… but feel free to apply to wrists, temples or neck area up to 3 times a day.

In a 10 ml rollerball, place the following number of drops of Young Living essential oils:

10 Clary Sage 8 Lavender 7 Geranium

4 Ylang Ylanf 5 Orange 2 Bergamot

2 Patchoili

Once oils are in rollerball, fill with your carrier oil of choice. (almond oil, coconut oil, etc.)

Good for headaches and sore places.

In a 10 ml rollerball place 6 drops each of these Young Living Essential Oils…. lavender, lemongrass and marjoram. Fill the container the rest of the way with fractionated coconut oil.

For a headache rub onto temples and back of neck.
